Our Review

The recently refurbished Floris France Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Amsterdam, only a couple of minutes away from central station. Guestrooms tend to be on the small side, like most hotels in Amsterdam and are basic but clean. It is worth noting quad rooms are located in the basement of the hotel and do not have any windows.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in the centre of Amsterdam, within 200 metres of the Central Station and the flower market. This 3 star hotel is situated on the 'Oudzijds Kolk', one of the oldet canals in the heart of Amsterdam. The Royal Palace. Madame Tussauds, and the famous Red Light District are all less than 300 meters away from the hotel. Moreover, the nearest metro station and bus station are as close as 20 meters, so that guests have an excellent connection to the remaining attractions of the city.

From Schiphol airport, it is an easy 25 minute drive or a train from Schiphol Airport runs direct to the Central Station - just 5minutes walk away from the Floris Hotel.
