The Dylan is a boutique hotel housed in an exceptional 17th century landmark townhouse on ‘Keizersgracht’, one of the city’s famous canals, creating a stylish residence for every purpose. Converted from an old bakery, complete with original ovens and exposed brickwork, the hotel's "Bakery" restaurant is currently one of the most talked about eateries in Amsterdam and serves Asian, French, and Italian specialities. In summer, guests can also dine in the tree-lined garden. Alternatively, the "Long Gallery" serves French and North African fusion cuisine for dinner and afternoon snacks.
