The Bilderberg Jan Luykenis Hotel is housed in a trio of quaint 19th-century 5-storey town houses, the exterior fitted out with wrought-iron balconies, attractive gables, and a less attractive modern roof extension. There is a bright marble-floored lobby, a large attractive lounge and a cosy wood-panelled bar with a fireplace. The décor in both the public areas and guestrooms features tripod lamps, "paper" steel ashtrays and Knoll-ish chairs. The 62 guestrooms themselves aren’t especially large, but they are cosy and well maintained. There's a lovely little "relaxation" room with a tanning lounge, Turkish bath, and hot tub. In the hotel’s trendy WB ("Wines and Bites") bar, guests can choose from a varied assortment of half bottles of wines, small 'bites', appetisers and a plat du jour.
