This hotel is situated just 2 blocks from dam square, easy to get to souvenir shops etc and eateries. also walking distance from cafes and the RLD. It was nothing like the pictures show on the website, was a notch or two belo the standard holiday inn/premier in style rooms you get. bathroom was standard and clean(cant rly complain about that to be honest)would have been nice to have a kettle or iron in the room. decor is quite aged. the staff were quite off with us throughout our stay but did offer another room which wasnt any better.end of the day if youre looking for somewhere to just crash and not worried about comfort etc its not bad!

The hotel is very outdated,poor facilities and very unpleasant.When we walked in there was a bad smell of toilets right in the reception and if that is not enough all night you can here people from outside ,inside just like they would've been next to you in the room annoying....so for 1 night bearable but not for relaxing holiday.

Location was superb but the whole hotel needed sprucing up. Room looked very tired and grubby although it probably wasn't. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. I certainly expected more for the price and the 3 star rating.

Great location, friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast ok. Great location in the Herengracht, you are right in the city center and can walk everywhere. Beautiful location by the canal.

Basic, but clean and well located for sightseeing on a budget. Would highly recommend.

Very nice, I hope to come back again. Brilliant location, very clean, very friendly staff. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't look very appetising.

Good location, only a 5 minute walk from Dam Square. This hotel charges tourism tax. Make sure you have some Euros left over at the end of your trip. Its 5% of your bill per night.
