I initally stayed here in March 2011. I have just come back from my second visit and i was a little disappointed at how the hotel was quite dirty this time round.
Fab location, good breakfast although little flies round the yogurt pot did put me off somewhat.
Staff were accomodating and addressed a room problem quite quickly.
Top Tip
Buy an advance ticket for the tram from ticket office opposite central station. we bought a 2 day pass for 11.50 euros each. Great way to explore the city!

The hotel is in a great location and close to Amsterdam Central. The hotel is relatively clean and our room was cleaned to a satisfactory level.
The breakfast at the hotel is good, a great selection to suit all needs.
I would stay here again for sure.
